Early life and education

Harwood attended the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania where he was Varsity Tennis team Captain.[2]

Between 2005 and 2010, Harwood worked for Goldman Sachs.[2]

PureWow

In March 2010, he founded PureWow, a national publication that reaches over 30M+ women through multiple distribution channels including web, social, video, mobile, email and events.[8][2]

In January 2017, PureWow was acquired by an international communications company called VaynerX, after becoming established as a premier online women's lifestyle destination dedicated to making life easier, more interesting and more beautiful.

PureWow is dedicated to publishing original and diverse content in areas such as fashion, beauty, food/recipes, tech, health, travel and more.[2]

Harwood founded The Gallery Media Group in January 2017 as a company focused on brand building to the end consumer through clearly defined editorial missions, voice, and aesthetic. Gallery Media Group's media assets include The Gallery Podcast Co., The Gallery Instagram Portfolio and The Coterie (influencer marketing arm).[2][10]

One37pm

In 2018, Harwood launched One37pm, an unusual brand name meant to evoke one random minute of the day.

The site targets men aged between eighteen to twenty nine with a focus on popular culture topics such as style, sports and music via "the lens of entrepreneurship."[1][9]
