She met Trump at a party in 1990.

Rowanne was 1988 top 10 finalist for Miss USA, representing Maryland.

The New York Times describes Rowanne's first meeting with Trump as: “a debasing face-to-face encounter between Mr. Trump and a young woman he hardly knew.”
