In early October, 2017, the first of a string of murders at the hands of an unidentified serial killer who has not been caught by law enforcement began.

Each victim has been killed within a block from each other while being near bus stops.

The victims are: Benjamin Edward Mitchell, Monica Caridad Hoffa, and Anthony Naiboa.

[2]

On Tuesday November 14th, at around 5 a.m., just moments before getting off the phone with his brother Reggie, Ron stepped out to head out to his church.

Going to the church Tuesday and Thursday mornings to help feed the homeless is a routine that he does every week.

While on his way to the church, on N. Nebraska Avenue and E. McBerry Street, the serial killer shot Ron in the back.

His body was later found and identified as Ron.

The killer remains on the loose.

Once the police were notified, they arrived to the location where Ron's body was found.

Law enforcement has closed down the area and believe they have boxed in the killer within the perimeter of the Seminole Heights neighborhood.

For weeks cops have warned residents and have inspected homes for safety.
