Roberto Esquivel Cabrera is a 54 year old Mexican man most notable for having the world's largest Penis. Cabrera keeps his penis wrapped up and has constant Urinary tract infections because his penis is unable to drain.

One doctor, who examined him to verify the size of his genitals, Dr Gonzalez said: “He began with this enlargement since he was a teenager, wrapping some bands around his penis with some weights and trying to stretch it.”

Roberto stated: "I am happy with my penis, I know nobody has the size I have.

I would like to be in the Guinness Book of World Records but they don’t recognise this record."

Members of the medical Community have urged him to at least consider a penile reduction.

Doctor Jesus David Salazar Gonzalez said: “We have advised him 'Mr Roberto, the best thing for you is that the doctors give a normal shape to your penis so that it doesn’t hurt you, in order to have sexual relationships, in order to have children."

Cabrera was deported from the United States in 2001 after a string of indecency charges, including exposing himself to underage girls.

Cabrera is trying to break into the porn industry with his comically large penis, similar to how John Wayne Bobbitt starred in porn after getting his penis chopped off. A studio is paying for his foreskin reduction surgery so that he can have penetrative sex.
