Rick S. Koleta (born February 23, 1989) is an Armenian-American data-driven marketing professional based in San Francisco, California. Koleta has designed, launched and grown brand strategy for a variety of B2B and B2C brands, and movements. Koleta has expertise in mobile, social, and influencer products, and services. Koleta led the marketing at Lumeos - the decentralized survey app on the blockchain. Previously, Koleta co-founded CreatorDen, a self-serve marketplace solution for social influencers to create effective 1:1 campaigns for brands including Netflix, Wella, Pantene, Dell, P&G, Careem and 100s more.
Early Life & Education
Koleta was born in Washington, D.C., in the United States. After attending Bell elementary, he moved to Istanbul, Turkey in 1997. Koleta thereafter attended Istanbul International Community School and graduated with an International Baccalaureate diploma. Koleta later attended American University in Washington D.C., where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Business and Management in 2011.
Prior to joining Ali Ayyash and Zokir Tiliaev to build Lumeos, Rick founded CreatorDen, the largest influencer marketplace in the MENA (Middle East and North America) region. Koleta previously completed a six-week fellowship via the Alacrity Foundation with Terry Matthews. 
Koleta has shared his thoughts at TEDx,  founded the Istanbul chapter of Fuckup Nights  and initiated the creation of Influencer Talks . He leads Fuckup Nights San Francisco, which gives entrepreneurs the opportunity to talk about failure and it's implications.
