Reid J. Epstein covers national politics and is the lead writer for Washington Wire from The Wall Street Journal's Washington bureau.

Before joining the Journal in 2014, Mr. Epstein reported for Politico, where he covered Barack Obama's White House and the 2012 presidential campaign.

A graduate of Emory University and the Columbia Graduate School of Journalism, Mr. Epstein has also worked for Newsday and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
