Redmond O'Neal (born June 30, 1989 Los Angeles, California) is a former actor and the son of Ryan O'Neal and Farrah Fawcett. He is the half-brother of Patrick, Griffin, and Tatum O'Neal.[8]

Redmond O'Neal was born on January 30, 1985 in Los Angeles County, California as Redmond James Fawcett O'Neal.

He is known for his work on Love Don't Cost a Thing (2003), The Brave Little Toaster Goes to Mars (1998) and Johnny Bravo (1997).[3][7]

Redmond Sued

Ryan O'Neil was a major Hollywood Star in the 1970's and 1980's, starring in such movies as Love Story. Redmond O’Neal was sued by a man who alleges he stabbed him in his skull in 2018 when he was high on drugs.

Steve Jaco claimed O’Neal without provocation stabbed him in Venice, Los Angeles. The victim claimed O’Neal at the time he was attacked carried a spike, and also punched him. The weapon allegedly went 2 inches into his skull, he then felt excruciating pain and went unconscious.

Between May 2nd and May 8, 2018, O’Neal allegedly punched and stabbed five men and robbed a 7-Eleven on the last night of the “violent crime spree,” police said. He previously pleads guilty to robbery and drug charges on May 8th.

O’Neal is said to be involved with five violent incidents and was charged with one count of attempted murder, two counts of criminal threats, assault with a deadly weapon, battery, and carrying a knife.

It is alleged between May 2 and May 8, he stabbed, punched, and robbed five men at a 7-Eleven.

He pled guilty on May 8 to drug and robbery charges.

In September 2018, Ken Fox sued O’Neal claiming during a crime spree he was targeted because he was a homosexual.

O’Neal allegedly hit him on the face with a bottle breaking his nose, yelled curses at him, beat him.

He was being sued for $25,000 in damages.

Mental Hospital

He was ordered by a judge sent to a mental hospital in November 2019.

He sentenced to remain there until at least September 2020.

Redmond wаs trаnsported to the Norwаlk locаtion of the Cаliforniа Depаrtment of Stаte Hospitаls.

He wаs diаgnosed with schizophreniа, bipolаr disorder, аnd аntisociаl personаlity disorder, аccording to reports.

As of April 2022 he remains in a mental hospital.
