Rainer Strack is a senior partner and managing director at the Düsseldorf office of The Boston Consulting Group.

Since joining the firm in 1994, he has led a wide range of projects on strategy, process optimization, culture, organization, transformation, change, talent, and human resources (HR) management in industries such as automotive, banking, consumer goods, energy, health care, industrial goods, insurance, public sector, services, social sector, and technology/telecommunications.

From 1996 to 1998, he was based at BCG's Boston office as a participant in the firm's Ambassador Program.
