Cedric "Elijah" Hemersi Saidi is a Prince from the Congo.

Public Meltdown

On July 9th of 2017, Cedric had a public meltdown at a Walmart bank during his first visit to American soil. After it was taking some time to retrieve his Money, Cedric began screaming loudly, proclaiming that he was the Prince of Congo. He went on to say that he was a Prince of the richest country in the world.

Cedric then attempted to intimidate two White men by calling them names like "white devil" and getting in their faces before getting shoved back.

During the entire confrontation, Prince Cedric was wearing his headphones, listening to music and dancing.

He only removed them once the bank teller assisting him was another Black man.

After receiving his money from the bank teller, he shouted and threw money around the bank.

He believed he was Elijah from the Holy Bible. ^[1]
