Peter "Gold" Ezugwu (born September 10th, 1976) is a British-American Entrepreneur, Keynote Speaker, Consultant, and Advisor. He is the founder of several successful organizations that focus on self-development including Future Stars International Enterprises, PowerVision, and USA Youth Tours. Peter is based in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Peter was born in Shrewsbury, England, where he would spend the first eight years of his life. Both of his parents were doctors of Nigerian descent. For his early education, Peter would attend school first at Packwood Haugh School and later the Millfield School. When he was 16-years-old, Peter moved to the United States and enrolled in Sycamore High School in Cincinnati where he was a standout basketball player. Peter would earn a scholarship to play basketball at Eastern Michigan University where he was First Team All-League for two years during his collegiate career. He graduated with honors in 1998 with a degree in political science. ^[1]

Peter played professional basketball overseas in Europe and South America for thirteen years.

Playing the position of center, Peter's career has taken him to Italy, Spain, Argentina, France, and Bosnia. He retired in 2011.

After he retired, Peter searched for a regular "9 to 5" job, but did not find any of the openings to be below his prestige.

While he was growing up, Peter's parents bought an old manner house and turned it into an senior living facility.

This early exposure to entrepreneurship inspired Peter to start his own businesses.

In May of 2009, Peter started Future Stars International Enterprises (FSIE), which offers a wide range of extracurricular programs with local cities, charter schools, private schools and public schools as well as camps in the summer.

The activities offered include academic tutor, sports, coding, and the arts.

As the CEO, Peter is responsible for the implementation, creation and organization of FSIE's programs to clients which are located in the United States, Italy, Spain, and Taiwan.

Peter founded PowerVision, a full-service consulting and logistics company, in June of 2016.

As a consulting firm, PowerVision provides a variety of services from advising companies on how to scale their business to helping manage influencers and monetize their brand.

Also, PowerVision hosts leadership events and offers keynote speeches and group facilitation to a broad audience ranging from young adults to large corporate outings.

Utilizing their relationships, PowerVision lends support and power-solving abilities in order for businesses, governments, and non-profits to maximize their efficiency and become successful entities.

Furthermore, PowerVision offers professional athletes advice for planning their post-retirement careers.

A year after founding PowerVision, Peter combined his expertise in logistics, providing reliable services, and developing youth programs to found USA Youth Tours.

With a well-established international program, USA Youth Tours provides US, Canadian, and European students summer camp options and weekend trips in the areas of academic, sports, and elective options.

In addition, they host an Elite Basketball Camp for select players who wish to work directly with past Pros and NBA Coaches.

One of Peter's favorite quotes is from Bruce Lee where he talks about being formless, like water and molding himself to redefine stereotypes. Peter does not believe in limiting himself and uses fear as a tool to reach successful outcomes. Peter has love for positive people and will do anything to help them reach their goals. ^[1]
