Paul Parr II was an American student from Lavaca, Arkansas.

Parr went missing on March 3, 2016 taking a gun from his residence with him.

On March 3, 2016 he was found dead by a self inflicted gun wound.

His body was found near a wooded area near Utah Ranch road.

It is believed that Paul took his life.

He was reported missing after the Thursday school day as his father called authorities after he didn't show later that evening.

He also reported to the authorities that a handgun and ammunition was missing from the home.

Authorities were alerted and search the entire town throughout the night.

Multiple agencies collaborated and worked together.

They also used a helicopter.

By 3p.m.

the next day on Friday, Parr's body was found remains were found in a densely wooded area close to Utah Ranch Road in the Lavaca, Arkansas area.

The Times Record reports that they were advised of the discovery by Lieutenant Philip Pevehouse of the Sebastian County Sheriff’s Office.

LAVACA - Paul Alan Parr II, 16, died Thursday, March 3, 2016, in Lavaca.

He was born July 18, 1999, in Fort Smith, AR.

He was an 11th-grade student at Lavaca High School.

He is survived by his mother, Amy Easter; his father, Paul Parr Sr.; one sister, Katy Easter; grandparents, Robert and Terri Durbin, Tamara and Arthur Parr and Robert and Brigetta Rogoff; and great-grandparents, George and Julia King, Florence Park and Faye Parr.
