Patricia Lynch

Patricia Lynch

Patricia Lynch allegedly slept with Sheldon Silver in order to get both a job and connections in New York. [1]

In 1995 Lynch began work for Silver, who was then one of the top three most influential politicians in the State of New York.

She worked the next six years as his communications director until she left in 2001 to begin her own PR agency, Patricia Lynch Associates.

[1] Using Silver's connections her firm became one of the largest lobbyist firms in the state.

They represented large clients such as Madison Square Garden.

When the scandal with Silver came out her firm's valuation tanked and she quickly sold off the company to MWW, a large lobbying and PR firm.

Lynch has been in the news previously for allegations of "pay-to-play" culture referring to her use of political donations and gifts as a way of controlling politicians.
