Owen Labrie was a student at student at St.

Paul's School - Concord, New Hampshire.

In 2015, in his senior year, Owen was charged with the rape of, Chessy Prout, a 15-year old student at the school during an activity known as the "Senior Salute" in which seniors try to have sex with underclassmen.

Owen was convicted of statutory rape, as well as a felony of using a computer to lure a minor.

He was sentenced to a year in jail and five years of probation and is required to register as a sex offender.

In 2016, Owen was charged with having violated his bail for participating in an interview with a reporter from VICE (Magazine) during a train ride.
