Olive Emodi (born 26/07/1989) is an actress and an award-winning Television presenter.

She is from an Igbo tribe.

Olive Emodi was born into the family of dedicated Christian on the 26th of July 1989.

From childhood, she has love to act, giving on love for Nigeria movies.

She is a law graduate of Delta State University, Abraka. In an interview section, she stated that “she read law because she admires the way her mum wins argument and didn’t read law out of Passion and couldn’t fix it after she graduated”.

Olive Emodi began to build her acting career in her university days.

She was anchoring events and doing a few modeling on the runway but she kept reading law.

She later drew inspiration from Harvey Specter, from a television series titled “Suits”.

According to Olive, she was moved by the way Harvey landed and deals and won his customer’s trust, so she drifted full time into Private Equity and Corporate M&A.

After she graduated from law school, Olive Emodi worked with Cool TV thereby anchoring a lot of shows on-air, such as; Good Morning Nigeria Show, Padi Padi, and The Late Night Show. Thanks to her successful OAP career which she co-hosted the Miss Nigeria beauty pageant with Ebuka Obi-Uchendu in December 2017. In 2011, she emerged as the winner of the Delta Talent Quest Acting Reality TV Show. Her first movie was in 2017 where she played a role in a movie titled “Put a Ring on it”. She also featured in another movie titled “Mama Drama” and gained a lot of recognition from viewers around the world.

In 2017, she was also nominated for the On-Air Personality award at The Future Awards Africa.

Olive Emodi won numerous awards which include; ELOY (Exquisite Lady of the year) Award for Television Presenter of the Year, 19 Role Model for TV Presenter of the Year, and Award of Excellence by the National Association of Psychology Students (NAPS UNILAG) in 2017.
