Noah Wall is a little boy from Abbeytown in Cumbria, England.

He was born with a rare complication of Spina bifida, severe Hydrocephalus, which resulted in him being born with only 2% of normal brain mass.

Wall's mother is Shelly Wall.

Wall's doctors advised his parents to abort him, which they refused to do.

They were told he would never be able to communicate or live a normal life.

At age 2, 80% of Wall's brain had astonishingly grown back.

He is able to talk and even count.

He cannot walk yet and uses a wheelchair, but doctors are contemplating operations that could potentially result in him walking as well.

In 2015, the Walls were not allowed into the famed British department store Harrods because the security guard thought Noah's wheelchair was a toy.

Shelly Wall was deeply angered at the mistreatment.
