She has served as the host of several TV series, including the restaurant review "Reservations Required" and the Travel Channel's "Travel Spies".
Early Years
Nilou Motamed boarded her first airplane when she was 4 months old, lived at Paris' legendary George V Hotel at age 7, and spoke three languages by her 10th birthday, She's had the travel bug ever since.
Personal Life
Now Nilou lives with her husband, Peter Jon Lindberg, who as a contributing editor at Condé Nast Traveler.
They met in 2000 while working at Travel + Leisure magazine and three years later they married.

Since 2016, Nilou is an Editor in Chief at Time Inc. [3]
Prior to that, she worked as an Editor in Chief at Epicurious.
In 2000-2013, she occupied a position of Features Director at Travel + Leisure, running the magazine's feature well and special platforms, and covering hotels, shopping, culture, design, and trends in the world of luxury travel.
She shaped Travel + Leisure's restaurants coverage and was the creator and driving force behind the brand's annual Food & Travel Issue.
