Nicholas Resendez (Born January 17, 1997) also known as 'Nicholas R', 'nich' is an American security researcher, Internet programmer, and Internet entrepreneurs. He has provided security penetration testing services to Apple Inc. ^[3]Microsoft^[4], AT&T^[22][5], and Google. ^[1] He is the Founder of uALREADY, a digital development company.

Nicholas graduated from University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee in 2019 with a Bachelor's degrees in Information Technology Management and Marketing. ^[1]

Nicholas has been described as a Polymath with his ability to draw on complex bodies of knowledge to solve specific problems.

At the age of 18, he completed the Wisconsin Real Estate course and currently holds a Wisconsin Real Estate License.

While studying for his Bachelor's degrees, Nicholas became a Wisconsin Real estate broker. In 2016, he joined the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee as a Web developer while working in Social media analytics. Around the same time, he successfully reported website vulnerabilities for big name technology companies, earning web security Hall of Fame - Bug bounty program - spots with Apple Inc., AT&T, Microsoft, and Google. ^{[3][4][5][6] [15]} In 2017, he was hired by Wix.com as a contract security researcher. In 2018, he was hired by Laughlin Constable as a Data Science Intern. In 2018, he was hired by DApperNetwork to spread the adoption of Blockchain development through classes and workshops. Teaching students Ethereum, Web3.js, Solidity, Remix, Metamask, Hyperledger, and Microsoft Azure Blockchain. ^[7] Around the same time, he was hired by Socialeads, inside Northwestern Mutual Cream City Labs as a Data Science Specialist.

Nicholas is a retired competitive Skateboarder, competing in Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Illinois. ^{[8] [9]} He enjoys working on his 1987 BMW L6 in his free-time. Nicholas enjoys researching and publishing on Business and Technology. ^{[17][18] [19][20][21]}
