[4] When you think of your BIG goal, sometimes you start feeling overwhelmed. Why? Because big goals don’t get achieved right away. Instead, you need to create mini goals to help excite you along the way. This way you can be more goal-orientated and build a habit of being more effective.
Celebrating your small wins will help you stay motivated through your journey.
Plus, celebrating is always super fun.
Maybe you break your goal down to 10 small-sized goals with tasks that get you on track to achieve them.
For each of the 10 goals you can add a small celebration.
Maybe a glass of champagne for one or a dessert with a sparkler on top for another.

This goes back to the positive environment point: You need to be around others who are just as ambitious as you.
American entrepreneur John Rohn once said, “You’re the average of the five people you spend the most time with it.”
And whether or not that’s true is debatable, the reality is being around the right kind of people can only help you grow.
If you’re surrounded by those who love your ambition, you’ll be more ambitious and achieve more.
If you’re surrounded by loved ones who tell you your goals are stupid and tell you to change them, you need to avoid them.
Be around those who help you feel comfortable being the ambitious, go-getter you are, so you can become the successful person you’re meant to be.
Chris Brown
At the time, Brown he was in an on-and-off relationship with Karrueche Tran, whom she eventually dumped after discovering the truth about Nia and Brown. [10]
The world did not know about Royalty until she was a year old.
In an interview with Latina.com, Nia said she and Brown made the decision together:
It was just on both parts.
I knew what the outcome was going to be once it came out.
I was very fearful for… everything that’s going on now.
I know that he’s young, he’s wild, and he has the bad boy persona, and I just knew that it just wasn’t going to be the best situation.
And if I could have still kept it quiet until now, I would have.[45]
Nia and Brown eventually broke up.
The former couple quarreled over the proper way of raising their daughter on social media, while also garnering attention from the tabloids, including TMZ. [11]
In May 2016, Brown took to social media to blast Guzman over an outfit his daughter wore.
"It's crazy to me that a parent would OK dressing our daughter like she 16," Brown wrote.
"I ain't cool wit that.
She is 2!!!!" Guzman answered, "If anybody thinks something is wrong with a baby... mad at the world in dance class... in her TUTU... U need to go pray!
On August 14, 2016, it was discovered that the legal battle for the custody of Royalty came to an end.
It was noted that Guzman could no longer have full custody of the child. Under law, Brown is allowed to see Royalty 12 days a month. She was also looking for $15,000 a month in child support from Brown, but it was denied. She was also denied $20,000 as ordained from the judge for Brown to give her in order for her to properly file the legal documents. [11]

We had mutual acquaintances, that’s how we met, probably a good five or six years ago.
And it was always just a friendship, and it was just nothing more, nothing less.
It was just a friendship.
And not until the custody issues were raised, that’s when we stopped talking and negativity started.
But in the beginning of all this, it was all love.
We both went through breakups, we both dealt with them, we both checked on each other throughout everything going on.
And then to be here now is just really… is just really crazy, and it’s really hurtful.
I don’t know how to get back to the way we were, until time can heal that.[46]
