Nat's What I Reckon's 'SIN BIN SOUP' video, which has over 400,000 views
Nat created his YouTube channel on November 9, 2006, [11] and started to post videos to the platform around 2010. [12] Throughout the years, he has done live shows, including stand-up comedy, and online film events. Around early March, he decided to switch from his former style of short skits, to cooking videos. The combination of his sense of humor, style, and cooking skills caught the interest of many around the globe, [17] as he saw a jump in views and subscribers. Additionally, in light of the coronavirus, he makes quarantine themed recipe videos, including his 'Quarantine Spirit Risotto' video, which has over 780,000 views.[2] He also expressed his dislike in jar sauce, as Australian's around the country were panic buying food during the beginning of the global pandemic. However, he understands that "some people need fast, pre-made food on a budget," but "he maintains you're better off making it yourself."[16] Across many publications, he has been cited for his unique delivery of cooking instructions, as he goes beyond the instructions. One thing I've found is that soup generally doesn't taste good with burnt s**t in it, so don't burn it[13]
[Until then] I'm going to keep doing what I'm doing, smashing out videos, because it seems to be working...
The plan is to keep my hands on the wheel and hang on for dear life.
