Nakea Johnson (born October 2, 1985) is a convicted felon residing in Tallahassee, Florida. In April 2018 she was arrested for falsely accusing her boyfriend of beating her and fondling their 1-year-old son. ^{[1] [undefined]} In July 2016 she was sentenced to two years of probation for a financial crime. ^[undefined]

On Saturday, April 28, 2018 Nakea Johnson was arrested by the Leon County, Florida Sheriff's Office (LCSO) after making false reports of her boyfriend beating her and fondling their 1-year-old son. Johnson was charged with false reports to law enforcement authorities. ^{[1] [undefined]}

On April 12, 2018 when LCSO deputies spoke with Nakea Johnson at her home, she said her boyfriend started an argument with her because she refused to have sex with him. ^[1]

Nakea Johnson told deputies that he grabbed her by the throat, threw her to the ground, and began to kick her in the mid-section.

Johnson then told deputies that he led her back into the house by her throat and forced her to have sex with him.

She says he slept with her in a headlock all night and that he fondled their 1-year-old's private area. ^[1]

The police report states that deputies did not see any injuries on Nakea Johnson despite her allegations.

The following day, Nakea Johnson called deputies to decline prosecution, but deputies told her that they needed to speak with her in person regarding that matter. ^[1]

On April 16, 2018 Nakea Johnson went to LCSO and told deputies that she lied about the allegations against her boyfriend.

Nakea Johnson told deputies that they did get into an argument and her boyfriend threatened to file criminal reports since she is on probation. She informed deputies that's why she filed the false reports, to prevent her boyfriend from filing a report on her. ^[1]

On July 28, 2016 Nakea Johnson was sentenced to 2 years of probation after being convicted of uttering a forged instrument. Uttering a forged instrument is the financial crime of distributing a forged financial or legal document with to intent to defraud others. Its is a third degree felony in the state of Florida. Johnson committed the crime on August 12, 2015. ^[undefined]
