Mustapha Bulama is a Self-Taught Political Cartoonist and Illustrator.
He got is B.sc in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University, and keeping in mind that he was standing by to be tried out the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), a companion of his who was an editorialist at a neighborhood paper mentioned for a delineation from him to go with his article. The editorial manager of the paper preferred the representation and extended to him an employment opportunity as a visual artist and illustrator. There, his expert vocation started.
As an Illustrator, he has shown in excess of thirty children's' books for various distributors since 2008, among which are the Moonbeam Award-winning Zahra and Coco Alphabets, Shehu Musa Yar'Adua, The Empty Calabash distributed by National Agency for the Prohibition of Traffic in Persons and Other Related Matters (NAPTIP) and Buhari of the People, a kids' life story of President Muhammadu Buhari.
Other conspicuous works he showed are storybooks on Millennium Development Goals distributed by the Cassava Republic and eight understudies' books of the Mu Karanta Hausa Series distributed by Creative Associates International related to USAID.
