Msawawa born in 1990 in Durban, South Africa) is a Kwaito musician who climbed the ladder of fame at a young age. The talented musician in the 90s became famous and even became a household name.
Masawawa has surpassed other Kwaito singers like Mshoza, Mandoza, and Trompies at that time. Well, a lot of time has passed and he is no longer the ten-year-old star.
Msawawa is a man now and though it is worth mentioning his childhood achievements. In 2018, he comeback big comeback in the industry, well this showed he hasn’t been dwelling in his past glory.[1]
Early life
Msawawa was born in Durban, his home town and grew up in the same place.
Following his outstanding performance, Bulldwagz Entertainment found him at eight years old. [2]

His wife, Angela Gwala is ten years older than her husband, Msawawa. She is 40 years old.[3]
Career
He walked into fame in 2001 upon dropping the album The Hurricane of Bowngakanani.
The talented singer was unable to cope with the fame that came at a young age. He dropped his debut hit single at the age of nine.
Later, he disappeared from the music scene and rumors had it that the young star was broke.
His fame did not last in the ’90s and the Msawawa was involved in crimes including fraud, violence, and even left school.
He later returned to his family in Durban and there he comforted his past life.
After many years outside the music scene, he returned with full force.
He collaborated with his longtime friend Mzambiya called Imoto Ka Shukela.
According to the two friends, they anxiously waited for the right time to make a huge comeback. [4]

Marriage
He married Angela Gwala in 2015 after dating her for two years, both of them fell in love with each other.
The traditional marriage was done under the traditional South African way. Dowry price known as Lobolo was paid.
They also had a church wedding ceremony though there were controversies about their age gap.
Msawawa and Mzambiya
Msawawa is not related to his friend by blood rather they are friends from school who walked to fame as kids.
Msawawa boasts to be the youngest musician in his time to entertain Mzansi with great Kwaito music. After going to MIA, he shocked the entertainment industry in 2018.
