Morgan McKay is a journalist working at Spectrum News.

Morgan attends Biola University where she obtained a Bachalor degree in journalism and Integrated Media with a Concentration in Broadcast. ^[3]

Morgan McKay joined Spectrum News as a political reporter in 2019 after spending time covering the state capitol for other television stations.

Before she sought to track down politicians, she was covering wildfires in Yellowstone National Park and hiking up an ice wall to cover a story.

For Morgan, covering politics allows her to connect the Community to the decisions being made by the government on things that impact their daily lives. Working in Albany helps connect two passions of Morgan’s: politics and history. She appreciates how history fills every nook and cranny of the Capitol building. ^[1]
