Minna Lessig
Minna Lessig is an American Health Expert, Fitness Competitor and Trainer.

Early Life and Education
Lessig competed as an elite level gymnast and transitioned into springboard diving.
She attended the University of Miami where she competed in diving on the collegiate level. Lessig studied physical therapy and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology and an associates degree in Exercise Physiology. [1]
Career
After college, Minna's fitness career took off as she became a personality on ESPN fitness television.
From 1995 to 1998 Minna appeared on various fitness shows for both Reebok and Crunch, as well as Co-Hosting a full season of ESPN2's Perfect Parts with Olympic Decathlon Champion Dan O'Brien. [1]
In 1997, Minna was crowned Ms. Fitness USA.
Immediately thereafter she gained her IFBB professional fitness athlete status by winning the 1997 National Physique Committee Championships.
She signed her first ever endorsement deal with Health and Fitness pioneer, Joe Weider.
Minna was the first fitness athlete to sign a Weider contract.
Minna's solid fitness and elite athletic background has given her a personal training client list that included world class athletes.
[1] Alex Rodriguez, then short stop for the Seattle Mariners, enlisted this Minna's services and followed with a record breaking season which he attributed to Minna's off-season strength and conditioning program in an article published in USA Today.
Minna choreographs workout videos with companies such as Sony, and Rodale.
Many of her videos have charted in the top 10 in Billboard magazine.
In addition, for 7 years, Minna authored a weekly fitness column for the Miami Herald. She has been featured in Muscle & Fitness, FIT magazine, Women's Fitness International, French Cosmopolitan, FLEX, and more..
From 1999 to 2007, Minna was the Health Watch Contributor for the CBS Early Show, then hosted by Bryant Gumbel and Jane Clayson.
