Miki Agrawal is founder and former CEO of Thinx, a company that makes underwear that women can wear during menstruation as a substitute or a supplement to traditional feminine hygiene products.
Early Life and Education
Agrawal is an identical twin.
She is the daughter of a Japanese mom and Indian dad and grew up in Francophone Canada.
Agrawal attended Cornell University and graduated with a degree in Business and Communication in 2001.

Agrawal formerly worked on Wall Street at Deutsche Bank for almost 2 years.
In addition to launching Thinx in 2015, Agrawal launched the brand TUSHY, selling sleek installable bidets and changing the culture of the American bathroom experience.
Agrawal is also founder of farm-to-table gluten-free pizza concept Wild NY with famed chef Walid Hammami.
The restaurant will ring in its 12-year anniversary in 2017.

In 2013, Agrawal authored the book Do Cool Shit, a book that's directed to a passionate community of doers.
Sexual Harassment Allegations
In March 2017, Agrawal was charged with grabbing the breasts of an employee at Thinx.
Although she denies wrongdoing, she stepped down as CEO after the board investigated.
However, she is still employed by the company.

Miki is the twin sister of Radha Agrawal, Cofounder of Daybreaker (Dance Movement).
