Michael Komaransky is an American Cryptocurrency trader known for selling his Miami mansion by only accepting Bitcoin. ^[0]

After living in the United States for most of his life, Komaransky moved to the country of France with his family. He did so after having a successful career as cryptocurrency trader. ^[1]

For 16 years, Komaransky worked at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange where he started out as a clerk. While there, he learned to sell everything from U.S. Treasuries To European fixed income derivatives. ^{[1] [2]}

After being a worker and being a part of the pits of the trading playground of CME, he started working for DRW Holdings where he became a partner at the property.

He tool part at a trading firm that runs one of Wall Streets Largest High frequency trading business.

He has focused on new assets since 2010 while he was working for the firm.

He focused trading assets such as Cryptocurrency and Bitcoin. ^[0]

Due to the vol ume of trading that he engaged with while at the firm, he was able to Hold digital currency and ot her assets and was able to retired in the summer of 2017. ^[1]

In late January 2018, Komaransky finalized selling the of his Miami mansion that he put on the market and accepted Bitcoin for it. He put the mansion in the market of August 2017, just before he had retired and went off to live in France with his family. ^[0]

The buyer's real estate agent called, Pulse Internation, said the buyer is an early Bitcoin investor.
