Mia Shin was a luxury real estate broker from Los Angeles, California who ran her own real estate company called Mia Shin Inc. At Mia Shin Inc she worked as a broker adviser and designer. She also worked for Engel & Völkers BH WV as a broker associate.

Mia previously worked for Sotheby's International Realty and Crescent Heights.

She studied communications and art history at San Diego State University.

Death

On June 27, 2016 Mia Shin was found dead with two other women, Hannah Arya and another currently unidentified woman, inside a home located on 17100 Via de la Valle in the wealthy California community of Rancho Santa Fe, California.

Police are investigating the deaths as a possible double murder suicide case.

Mia Shin was a close friend of Michael Arya who owned the home where the bodies were found. Hannah Arya, one of the other women who died is the daughter of Michael Arya.
