Lady Melinda Rose Woodward was the wife of Sir Tom Jones and passed away on April 11, 2016.
The couple met at Pontpridd when they were 12 and married at 16 in 1957.
In 2015 Woodward revealed she was a heavy smoker and suffered from emphysema and had two cancer scares.
She passed away from a quick battle with cancer at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
Her husband was by her side when she passed.
