Mason Weaver (Clarence Mason)
Mason Weaver (also known by his current name as Clarence Mason) is the founder of Clarence A. Mason Enterprises and is an author and motivational speaker.
He says that his current name is a combination of his stepfather's name combined with his own last name.
He explains, "I took my stepfathers name and combined it with my own last name.
Mason Weaver was born.
Not that I am retired (sort of) I have returned to my given name.
But I am still Mason Weaver."
He is accused of being a former Black Panther in his youth, but Mason claims that his time in the Panthers changed his worldview about his political beliefs. He is a staunch critic of Barack Obama.
Career
After an accident during his active duty naval service in San Diego, California, he was classified as disabled and discharged. Approximately 2800 pounds of steel and iron plates fell on Mason, while on active naval duty
Mason claims that afterwards he found himself unskilled and disabled so he had to discover a new way of earning a living.
He graduated University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Political Science and went on to get a position with the US Department of Energy.
He currently works as motivational speaker and author.
