Martin T. Biegelman, CFE, is the Group Manager of the Financial Integrity Unit at Microsoft Corporation in Redmond, WA.

His group is responsible for the detection, investigation and prevention of fraud throughout the company.

Previously, he was the Director of Litigation and Investigative Services in the Fraud Investigation and Recovery Services Practice at BDO Seidman, LLP in New York City.

Formerly a United States Postal Inspector, he has more than 30 years experience in the detection, investigation and prevention of fraud and corruption.

Mr. Biegelman is a Certified Fraud Examiner as well as a Regent Emeritus and Fellow of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.

He is a nationally recognized speaker and instructor on white-collar crime, corruption, security issues and has written articles on many fraud related subjects.

Mr. Biegelman has a Bachelor's degree from Cornell University and a Master's degree from Golden Gate University ^[0]
