Authorities were first notified of the encounters via an anonymous tip to Pasco County deputies.
Hillsborough County Sheriff Office investigators arrested Mowry on June 27th, 2017.
She is being charged with three counts of sexual assault on a victim under 12 years of age and eleven counts of sexual assault by custodian sex battery on a victim above 12 years of age and under 18 years of age.
According to investigators, Mowry has admitted to having a sexual relationship with the minor.
In Mowry's first statement, she accused the boy of forcibly having sex with her while she under the influence of cold medication.
The minor had supposedly began touching her sexually while she was sleeping and that she tried to stop him from inducing intercourse.
It has also been discovered that Mowry is pregnant again, but she alleges that the minor is not the father.
Neighbors of Mowry state that her boyfriend, who recently returned from military deployment, did not know that Mowry's child was fathered by a minor.
If Mowry is found guilty of the charges brought up against her, she is eligible to receive a life sentence according to Florida state law, as sexual battery is considered a capital offense.
