Allegations
Marina Alexeevna Lonina is on trial for allegedly posting videos of her 17 year old friend being raped by Raymond Boyd Gates on Periscope. Additionally, she allegedly took naked pictures of the same friend the night before the rape.
She is charged with one count of kidnapping, two counts of rape, one count of sexual battery, three counts of pandering sexually-oriented material involving a minor, and two counts of illegal use of a minor in nudity oriented material or performance.
If she is convicted for these charges she could see a maximum of 40 years in prison.
