Mariam Pirzadeh is a journalist with France 24 who specialized in covering Iran. ^{[1] [5]}

In 2005, Mariam Pirzadeh graduated from the Université Paris-Sorbonne with a bachelor's degree in history. She wrote her disseration on Iran in the Cold War. She later completed a master's degree in the History of International Relations at Université Paris-Sorbonne in 2007. Pirzadeh wrote her disseration on Franco-Iranian relations between 1951 and 1971 using archives from the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs. In 2009, she graduated with a master's degree in journalism specializing in television journalism from the Centre Universitaire d'enseignement du Journalisme de Strasbourg. ^[1]

Since February 2017, Mariam Pirzadeh has worked as an Iran Specialist and Presenter for France 24. ^[5] She was previously a correspondent reporting from Tehran working with France 24, BFMTV, Arte, and Le Figaro. Previously, she was a Journalist and Television Presenter with France 24. ^[1]
