The Manchester Pusher is a proposed serial killer responsible for at least some of the 60+ deaths around the Greater Manchester, UK canals since 2004.

Thomas Sheridan, a writer and psychologist, proposes that the Pusher is targeting homosexuals or effeminate looking men as a means to control his own homosexual feelings.

Sheridan claims he as come into contact with the suspect while walking around the Rochdale Canal towpath: 'a tall man wearing a hood'.
