Lukasz Pawel Herba is a resident of Poland who was arrested on July 18, 2017, for kidnapping a model in Milan and making an attempt to auction her off in the dark web. ^[0]

On July 10, 2017, a 20 year-old, model named Chloe Ayling arrived at a spot where Herba had talked about meeting for a photoshoot. Upon arrival, Ayling was captured and stuffed into a suitcase where the model was taken to a hamlet outside Turin.

There, she was handcuffed to a dresser and photographed, all while being made available to an auction in the dark web, where Herba was trying to sell the women for ransom for $300,000 USD.

On July 17, 2017, Herba let her go because he discovered that the model was bearing a child and was unfit for sex trade.

On July 18, 2017, Herba was arrested for investigation of suspected kidnapping for extortion purposes.
