Luanna Perez-Garreaud is a fashion and lifestyle blogger and vlogger resides in Brooklyn. ^{[19] [2]} She runs the fashion blog Le Happy which she began in 2009. ^[20]

Luanna is originally from Lima and moved to New York City when she was 18. ^[6] Growing up in Peru, Luanna would shop at thrift stores and mix and match clothes with a DIY spin with her style. ^[3] Luanna attended the Fashion Institute of Technology and majored in fashion merchandising management. ^[6]

Luanna would began her fashion blog Le Happy in 2009 to showcase her style and to reach out to other bloggers. ^[2] Perez's influences include "NY streets, old movies, old photography, icons like Brigitte Bardot and Kate Moss, and music." ^[2] Her style as been described as a 80’s punk twist or the 70’s hippie with a dark flair. ^[2] Luanna has been able to grow her blog into a lifestyle brand through the use of social media. ^[2] As of April 2018, Luanna had over 2.1 million followers on Instagram, 262,000 subscribers on YouTube, and 777,000 followers on Facebook. ^{[4] [5]}
