Louise Matsakis is an American tech Journalist and assistant editor of Motherboard where she often writes about the internet, tech companies, and Net neutrality.

Louise graduated from New York University in 2016 with a degree in Philosophy. While at NYU, she studied Spanish abroad in Madrid. And, later at Cambridge University for International relations.

She has been a contributing writer for Vice Media as an Editorial Fellow and as a part of the Editorial operations for Vox Media.
