Early life
Lesedi was born into the family of Neo Matsunyane.
She is the daughter of Connie and Shona Ferguson and starred in “The Queen”.
Family
Lesedi parents are both renowned actors in the movie industry.
The couple had a divorce due to unsettling differences and her mother got married again. She has a stepfather and a step-sister, her biological father had another child after the divorce and the name of Lesedi’s son is Rowena.
Relationship
Lesedi Matsunyane and Austin Malema started having an affair which led to them having a son named, “Rowena”, out of wedlock.
Career
Currently, Lesedi is working with Ferguson Films, going into production and behind the scene acts.
She also featured as an actor in “The Queen” and has gotten an encouraging response from fans.
On her Linkedin page, she states that she was into the performance bit as early as her 3rd year in college .
Lesedi was part of the cast of Vuselela Series that aired on Soweto TV from 2011 to 2013. She also played the role of “Ruby Dikobe” in Generations back in 2012. She also made an appearance in the Lewis commercials in 2011.

She also acknowledges her mother and the role she played in developing her into what she is today and the sacrifices made by her”. Also, she mentioned in one of her posts on Instagram that “she is way better now than when she started”. Lesedi’s mother has made sure she remains consistent with her weight loss routine.
