Leon Balfour Jr. is a young man in his late teens who resides in North Fort Lauderdale and Pompano Beach area in the state of Florida. He is known around the internet for being the young man in the red shirt who indecently throws elderly woman, Nancy James, into a pool along with her dog during a big party.

Leon was born in the state of Florida and raised in the Miami area of South Florida. According to Social media and Facebook users, Leon is the son of convicted felon, Leon Balfour Joseph. ^[13]

Leon is very popular amongst his age group in his area and is known for being the wild card during parties as he likes to have a good time.

He listens to diverse genres of music, including Heavy metal such as the band Slayer, and Hip hop.

On May 6th, 2017, a pool party sponsored by promoters called Block Boyz, organized a pool party at a secret location that would take place between 3-7 p.m.

Once more details of the party, including the location, were disclosed, dozens and dozens flocked to the location for a good time.

The party was mostly filled with late teenagers and young adults in their 20s, with several neighborhood personalities in attendance, including Leon.

As the party escalated and the music began to seep into the rest of the neighborhood, one resident in the vicinity paid a visit to the pool party.

The individual who stepped inside the party is an elderly woman named Nancy James. She walked in with her dogs and demanded that the music be turned down, and that party must now come to an end. As she made her commands, there was intimidation offered by the partygoers of throwing Nancy into the pool as well - a reoccurring theme that had been established earlier as the party unfolded. Suddenly, Leon approaches Susan out of nowhere,

roughly picks her up, slips, and body slams her by accident.

He then picks himself up quickly, drags Susan and picks her up enough to throw her into the pool.

Leon jumps in with her.

As Leon throws her and himself into the pool, the partygoers all begin to run away, including the person filmed Leon and Susan.

The party promoters, Block Boyz released statement saying they will no longer host pool partiers as they can't be held accountable for the immaturity

and disrespectful nature the teenagers have against elderly people.

The community around the apartment complex are outraged as they believe that the young people in the area have been out of control.

Nancy suffered injuries such as a bruise on her leg and shoulder.

She ultimately decided to head to the hospital to get treatment.

A storm was caused on Twitter as many of the attendees tweeted their reactions to the video of Nancy James posted by quefieri in an asinine manner, continuing the disrespectful display against the elderly woman. Some of the attendees of the party claimed to be the ones who threw her into the pool on twitter.

When the video was released through different Social Media sites including Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube, an investigation by 4chan and other internet watchdogs and White supremacists, inspected the situation. The community was able to identify Leon as the one who throws Susan into the pool. ^[13]

Thus far, no known charges have been applied by Susan, and news reports have not covered the entire story in detail.

The police however, are trying to locate the main suspect for questioning.
