Education
Lauren Duca attended Fordham University and graduated with a degree and English and Philosophy. She later went on to earn her Master's Degree from New York University in Journalism and Critical Theory.
Career
After an Online Editorial internship at New York Magazine, Duca became an Entertainment Reporter for The Huffington Post where she engaged in weekly pop culture analysis while also writing on investigative reporting pieces. In 2015, Duca turned to freelance writing before becoming the Weekend Editor for Teen Vogue.
On December 23rd, Duca appeared on Tucker Carlson's show about her tweets critical of Ivanka Trump at the same time Ivanka was harassed by Daniel Goldstein. After a heated exchange, liberals said that Duca stood her own while conservatives saw Duca not addressing Carlson's concerns. [1]
Personal Life
Duca married her long-time boyfriend Kris Fleming in 2016.
On January 8, 2017, after complaining to Jack Dorsey about feeling harassed by Martin Shkreli, his account was suspended from Twitter.
