Kyle Plush was a student residing in Cincinatti, Ohio. ^[1]

Plush attended Seven Hills School. ^[1] He had been a student there since the sixth grade.

On Tuesday April 10, 2018, at about 3:21 p.m., Plush called 911 saying he was trapped in his van.

An operator repeatedly asked Plush where he was.

He had stated several times he was at Seven Hills.

Officers responded to the area and tried to find the car, but based on the information relayed to the officers, efforts to locate Plush were unsuccessful.

In another call to 911, Plush stated, "I probably don't have much time left.

Tell my mom I love her if I die."

"This is not a joke," Plush said.

"I'm trapped inside my gold Honda Odyssey van in the... parking lot of Seven Hills."

"Send officers immediately.

I'm almost dead," he said.

A local police chief has directed an internal investigation into the actions of all employees involved in Plush's two desperate calls to 911 before he died from asphyxia due to chest compression. ^[1]

Plush was on the Seven Hills tennis team and was supposed to play in a match Tuesday evening.

He was in his van, reaching to get his tennis gear when he was pinned by the third-row seat.

Two officers arrived on scene 3:26 p.m.

They were there for 11 minutes, patrolling the area to look for anyone in distress.

While they were in the parking lot, Plush was making his second 911 call.
