Calvin Klein Controversy

Klara modeled in advertisement showing an up skirt photo of Klara where her underwear is visible on Calvin Klein's Instagram account. The photo had the slogan "I flash in #mycalvins" and the caption "take a peek".

The photo was perceived by The National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE) as misogynistic and glamorizing the trend of up skirting whereby people take photos up the skirts of women without their consent.

The NCOSE created a petition to get Calvin Klein to stop using the ad.

Many commenters on Instagram have slammed the photo as “trashy and repulsive” as well as “misogynistic”.
