Kevin Dale Martin (born September 25, 1961) is a convicted felon.

On September 20, 2013 Kevin Martin was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance for sale and transportation of a controlled substance. The arrest took place at a More For Less store in Los Molinos, California. His bail was set at $40,000. Martin was on a bicycle around 10 p.m. Wednesday when he was pulled over for having no headlight. Police determined Martin was on probation and conducted a probation search. They found 5.4 grams of methamphetamine in four separate bags.

On January 3, 2015 Kevin Martin was arrested by Tehama County Sheriff's Office, Officer Jungswirth for multiple drug charges in Los Molinos, CA. He was charged with five charges including felony transportation of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, failure to appear and misdemeanors of false identification to a peace officer and failure to appear. His bail was set at $150,000. Four of the charges were dismissed however he was sentenced to 10 years, 3 months, and 29 days on a single charge of felony transportation of a controlled substance.
