On Saturday March 17, 2018, Crane allegedly killed Parisa Siddiqi while she was at work inside a store at The Oaks mall in Thousand Oaks. [1]
She had been fatally shot shortly after 2:15 p.m. at the Paper Source, a stationery store on the outdoor upper level of the Thousand Oaks shopping center. [1]
Crane then shot himself in the head but survived.
