Biography
Personal Life
Born and raised in the state of California for most of his life.
He grew up mostly in the city of Los Angeles on the south side. He is a graduated John C. Fremont High School. He mostly had a tough upbringing as being a part of a lower class family. [7] [0]
Some time after his time in the military, he spent years living in Goergia where he attended college. [7]

He had a drunk driving conviction in 1999.
Education
Collins studied human behavior at Morehouse College and also studied Criminal justice ethics at Ashworth College. Later, at Landmark Education he studied Transformational Behavior in San Francisco. [7]

After the military he became a part of the Sheriff's Lennox Station.
He worked undercover for FBI gang investigations, tracked terrorists after the Sept. 11 attacks, trained police in Iraq and worked out of the sheriff’s Compton station.
Emerging Leaders
After experiencing the shooting of a 7 year-old while on patrol, he decided to join Emerging Leaders.
He aspired to work for other programs first but his officials and higher in command higher-ups disciplined him for speaking too bluntly and too roughly to the ex-offenders.
He eventually become one of the best instructors in a life-skills course for former inmates.
Drug Trafficking Charges
On the morning of Tuesday, January 16th, 2018, a sting operation by the Federal Bureau Investigation made the arrest of Kenneth Collins and other deputies. He and the other officers were charges of conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance. [4]
Pasadena, allegedly to provide “security” for the transport of nearly 45 pounds of cocaine and more than 13 pounds of methamphetamine.
During the FBI’s undercover investigation, Collins allegedly agreed that he and his team would accompany the narcotics and take calculated steps to prevent legitimate law enforcement from intercepting the drugs – in exchange for cash payments as high as $250,000.
