The next day at 5 a.m a neighbor saw a flashlight in the house which was supposed to be empty and called the police.

When police responded to the call from a concerned neighbor they found Kayla Seloff having sex with Joshua Leal.

Kayla Seloff claimed that she and Joshua were married and that they had just bought the house.

However after police smelled marijuana, found a glass pipe, and a small bag of marijuana, Kayla admitted that it belonged to her and then revealed that she was actually the house’s realtor and had sold it the day before.
