Kamila McDonald (born May 14, 1984) is a Jamaican fitness personality and personal trainer. She got popular after finding online training program known as Kamp Kamila Tribe. She is also renowned as a fitness ambassador for Adidas.

McDonald was born and raised in Kingston, Jamaica. At the age of eighteen, she left her hoe to travel and later lived in Tanzania, Norway, Chile, and USA. Her parents are the lead singers of an international reggae band. Her mother was a TV host. She graduated from Stanford University in 2008.

Her career started when she was discovered by the premiere entertainment television program.

She started working on national TV in Jamaica.

Later she worked as a producer on investigative projects.

She started Health and Fitness business on website jamrockfitness.com.

She initially struggled with her weight and reduced her weight from 188 pounds in year 2003 to 125 pounds in 2009.

After gaining a beautiful figure after weight loss, Kamila McDonald won the title of Miss Jamaica Beach Beauty in 2009.
