Education
Shroff received his Undergraduate degree in political science from Brown University in 2015.[15] While studying, he was the president of Brown Lecture Board, taught civic engagement at local public schools through Generation Citizen, and worked with local refugee farmers. He then attend the Yale School of Management graduating with an M.B.A at age 23, the youngest in his class.[11] Shroff holds a JD from Harvard Law School and an MPP from the Harvard Kennedy School.[32][33]

After completing his MBA Shroff was announced as COO & Chief Strategy Officer of the Institute For Education. He currently serves the organization as a Senior Advisor. In addition, he was a member of The Jed Foundation Advisory Council and Forbes New York Business Council.
Political Activism
During the 2016 presidential race, Shroff worked on Hillary Clinton's campaign as a digital organizer. He continues to organize for Democratic causes both online and as a commentator.[17] Shroff has appeared as several times on the news program Great Boston with Jim Braude [18][19][20][21] and on the Charles Adler Tonight radio show.[22][23]
Shroff also serves as a Senior Advisor to the Institute for Education, a 30-year-old D.C. non-profit and served on the Advisory Board of The Jed Foundation, a leading national mental health non-profit.
He was also a member of Forbes's New York Business Council.
