Justin Hubly gave two former female students alcoholic beverages and engaged in activities sexual in nature.

An investigation of the incident had been underway since October after a staff member reported alerted the authorities.

Hubly resigned from the high school on November 8th citing a "personal matter."

Hubly was arrested on Tuesday by police after a warrant was issued for two counts of misdemeanor battery and one count of unlawful delivery of alcoholic liquor.

He was released from custody on $10,000 bond and is due in court on December 27th.
