Justin Buck is a men's swimmer who studied economics at Stanford University. He is working as Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Bank of America Merril Lynch during the summer of 2016 in San Francisco, California. Justin Buck was originally from Aberdeen, United Kingdom and grew up in Clearwater, Florida.

In 2015, Stanford rapist Brock Turner sent a GroupMe photo of his victim's breasts to Buck. Buck responded, "whose tits is that?." The photo was deleted after it was sent in the Bonessss group chat. Due to the way the app operates the crime lab investigating the case were not able to retrieve the image. With GroupMe any member of a group chat can delete a message or photo so it is unclear who sent the photo. It is also unknown who was in the group chat beyond Justin Buck and Brock Turner.

Unlike many other members of the Stanford swim team, Buck did not submit a character letter to Judge Aaron Persky to try and lessen Brock Turner's sentence.
